They save all the RSS feeds you subscribed since day 1 (at least for the moment) it will be maybe different in the future I don't know if other RSS readers do it but a few ones don't do it (The Old Reader, Netvibes), I tried every RSS Reader on the market I believe, and I keep coming back to Inoreader for 3 reasons: They added some features: transforming your newsletters in feeds, can create feeds for a website if it does not exist (it works but it is far from perfect), etc. I use Inoreader since 2018 and became a pro user beginning of 2019 (they have some discounts twice a year) and I am very happy.
